Cancellation Policy

✨ Policies Cancellation & Late Policy At Just Peachy Waxing Co., we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. This allows us to respect our estheticians’ time and offer availability to other clients. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 7–10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled depending on availability and will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. ⸻ Guest & Children Policy At Just Peachy Waxing Co., we strive to provide a calm, quiet, and comfortable environment for every client. Due to the size of our treatment room and because we share a space with other professionals, guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room. We kindly ask that clients arrive alone whenever possible. If you do need to bring someone with you, they are welcome to wait in the front sitting area, provided they are able to remain quiet, seated, and respectful of the shared space at all times. If a guest or child becomes disruptive or needs to enter the treatment room, we may need to pause or reschedule the appointment, and the full service fee may still apply. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies and authorize the card on file to be charged if the policy is violated.
